rsiHelpIf you have persistent pain – get it assessed as early as possible.  The sooner the condition is diagnosed and treatment is begun, the greater chance of a successful recovery – bear in mind that in some RSI conditions, if left untreated for too long, the symptoms can become irreversible.  Our team of clinicians will look to correct any underlying mechanical problems or weakness you may have.  Your therapy will include a set of exercises designed to prevent the injury from recurring.  We will advise on correct ergonomics for your workstation.  If required we can assist by communicating with your employer to insure a safe return to work.
