Novo Healthnet Limited has been successfully providing treatment solutions for patients as well as Assessment and diagnostic services across Ontario since 1996.

In 2013, Novo Healthnet Limited achieved their 3 year re-accreditation for all its clinics; through the North American standards of the Commission on Accreditation for Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). Accreditation is essentially a seal of quality ensuring quality, safety and the best outcomes for its programs and services and the patients served. Novo Healthnet Limited clinics are affiliated with the department of Physical Therapy of the University of Toronto and McMaster for their residency programs.

With over 20 years of clinical experience as a Physiotherapist, Mrs. Amanda Dalcourt utilizes her passion for the elderly to create unique and engaging programming, as well as efficient systems and procedures that have allowed for the Eldercare Division to lead the marketplace in Ontario. Mrs. Dalcourt continues to work in the eldercare industry, maintaining direct contact with seniors and clients, in order to have continued knowledge and experience with the growing and changing needs of the Eldercare industry.

Emily Mattacchione

Chief Administrative Officer, Novo Healthnet Limited

Mrs. Emily Mattacchione brings to the company several years of application and development of administrative policies and protocols. Her experience in a wide range of industries, from manufacturing to finance, has proven an invaluable asset and instrumental in the implementation of effective control procedures as well as the required consolidation of service policies. Her organizational skills in standardizing these procedures have helped to maintain control of expenses as well as deliver a high quality of client services.

Mike Gaynor

Mike Gaynor was the founder of Back on Track Physiotherapy 18 years ago that grew to 4 clinics in the Ottawa region. Mr. Gaynor is a Physiotherapist and Manual Therapy specialist with over 22 years of clinical experience. Mr. Gaynor became a Fellow of the Canadian Academy Manipulative Therapy (CAMT) in 1999. He has been an assistant instructor in post-graduate studies for physiotherapists with the Orthopaedic Division of the CPA since 1996. Professional volunteer activities have included Chairman of the National Capital Unit of the Orthopaedic Division of the CPA.

David Brien

David Brien BSc.PT, BSc.Bio

Senior VP – Eastern Ontario, Back on Track Division, Novo Healthnet Ltd.

David has been a registered physiotherapist with Back on Track (BOT) since 1999. He served as clinical director since 2009 prior to his role as SVP of Eastern Ontario. David is responsible for patient care and supervises and educates all staff therapists, physiotherapy aids, and kinesiologists. He also oversees the day to day operation of the BOT clinics and assumes responsibility for maintaining the highest level of patient care.

David grew up in Saint John, New Brunswick and graduated with a Bachelor of and Science in Biology (Dean’s List Honours) from UNB in Fredericton. He went on to receive his Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy (Dean’s List Honours) from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
